Asset Licensing

This page explains how you can use the assets you generate on DesiStudio. It applies to every studio — logo, sprite, tile, parallax, character, prop, UI, marketing, storyboard, and game.

What you may do

• Use generated assets in personal, commercial, and client projects.
• Ship them in commercial games on any platform without paying additional royalties.
• Modify, remix, or combine them with other artwork.

What you may not do

• Resell raw generated assets as-is on stock or asset marketplaces.
• Register a generated logo as a trademark without first performing a clearance search — AI-generated marks can conflict with existing brands.
• Claim the assets were produced without AI where that disclosure is required (for example, on platforms with an AI-content policy).

No exclusivity

Generative models can produce similar outputs for different users. We do not grant exclusive rights to any generated asset. If exclusivity matters to your brand, treat the generated logo as a starting point and work with a designer to develop a unique final mark.

Third-party fonts and libraries

Some studios reference popular typefaces to guide the AI. The generated pixels are yours, but if you re-typeset a wordmark using a specific commercial typeface, license that typeface separately from its foundry.

Attribution to DesiStudio is appreciated but not required.
