Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DesiStudio you agree to these terms. Keep them in mind when you generate, download, or share assets from the platform.

Your account

• You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person or team per account. Please do not share credentials.

Acceptable use

• Do not use DesiStudio to generate content that infringes third-party rights, depicts real people without consent, or violates applicable law.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or credit metering, resell raw API access, or scrape the service.
• We may pause an account that repeatedly triggers abuse signals while we investigate.

Credits and billing

Free accounts include a starter credit balance. Paid plans add monthly credits at the prices shown on the pricing page. Credits are consumed only when a generation successfully completes; failed requests are refunded automatically. Prices can change with 30 days notice.

Ownership of generated assets

You own the assets you generate through DesiStudio and may use them in personal and commercial projects, subject to the Licensing page. AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright registration in every jurisdiction — check local law before relying on it.

Service availability

DesiStudio is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific generation quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in-app. You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@desistudio.com.
